Terms and Conditions Effective Date: January 1st 2025 Website: www.taxi.weltweithg.com Company: Weltweit Group Sàrl, Switzerland These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the passenger transport services (“Services”) provided by Weltweit Group Sàrl, a company duly registered in Switzerland, operating under the commercial name Welt Taxi & VTC. By booking, accessing, or using our Services, each client (“Client” or “User”) acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by these Terms. 1. Professional Services 1.1 All vehicles operated under **Welt Taxi & VTC** are professional passenger cars, maintained to the highest safety and quality standards, and fully compliant with Swiss regulations. 1.2 All drivers are professional, licensed, and duly authorized by the competent Swiss authorities to provide passenger transport services. 1.3 Weltweit Group Sàrl undertakes to provide services in a safe, lawful, and professional manner. 2. Bookings, Cancellations, and Refunds 2.1 A booking is confirmed once payment has been received through the Website or approved payment channels. 2.2 The following cancellation and refund policy applies: * More than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: Full refund (0% cancellation fee). * Between 48 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: 30% of the total fare will be charged; 70% refunded. * Between 24 hours and 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: 60% of the total fare will be charged; 40% refunded. * Less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: 80% of the total fare will be charged; 20% refunded. * No-show at the pick-up location (without prior notice): 100% of the fare will be charged; no refund granted. 2.3 Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, not exceeding 14 working days. 3. Client Obligations and Conduct 3.1 Clients shall respect the driver, the vehicle, and other passengers at all times. 3.2 Smoking, the use of illegal substances, or consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. 3.3 Clients are required to be present at the agreed pick-up location at the scheduled time. 3.4 Any damage to the vehicle caused by the Client, whether intentional or through negligence, shall be charged to the Client in full. 4. Driver Obligations and Conduct 4.1 Drivers shall exercise professionalism, punctuality, and respect towards all Clients. 4.2 Drivers are required to comply with Swiss transport regulations and the standards of Weltweit Group Sàrl. 4.3 Misconduct, delays without justification, or disrespectful behavior may result in penalties or suspension. 5. Penalties and Misuse 5.1 Weltweit Group Sàrl reserves the right to impose penalties or terminate accounts in cases of: * Abuse of the Service by Clients or Drivers; * Repeated failure to respect timing obligations; * Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior; * Misuse of the vehicle or violation of Swiss law. 5.2 Penalties may include financial charges, suspension of accounts, or permanent exclusion from the Service. 6. Liability 6.1 Weltweit Group Sàrl shall not be liable for delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, adverse weather, accidents, or strikes. 6.2 The liability of Weltweit Group Sàrl for any claim related to the provision of Services is strictly limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific booking in question. 7. Privacy and Data Protection 7.1 Weltweit Group Sàrl processes personal data in compliance with applicable Swiss data protection laws. 7.2 Personal data shall only be used for booking management, service provision, compliance with legal obligations, and improvement of services. 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 8.1 These Terms shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law. 8.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
